In this Digital era, we provide our services virtually to clients all over India, with our registered office located in Bangalore.

After the client agrees to the quote, they will provide us with the necessary information and documents via email or physical copies, if needed. The professional will then commence work according to the specific process for that particular service.

Services that are not included in our service list are dependent on the availability of a professional with the relevant area of expertise. In certain circumstances, it may be necessary for a local professional to visit a specific office to complete the required work.

Our company follows a standard payment policy that requires 50% advance payment, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the work.

Soft copies of all deliverables will be sent to you via email. In the event that physical documents are required, they will be sent to the address provided by you. Any costs incurred in this regard will be charged as Out of Pocket Expenses (OPE).

At our company, we believe in providing upfront pricing, which entails conveying all the costs associated with a particular process to our clients. Although there may be some incidental expenses that arise during the process, we will provide an estimate of these charges before you sign the engagement letter. Any miscellaneous expenses will be clearly outlined and categorized as Out of Pocket Expenses (OPE).

BN Advisories provides retainer-ship services to our clients, wherein we take responsibility for their monthly accounting and compliance needs. Our team will ensure that monthly returns are filed on time, thus relieving you of the need to maintain a compliance calendar (as we will do it for you).

In keeping with industry standards, we will sign an engagement letter prior to commencing work. This is to ensure that the best interests of both the client and BN Advisories are protected.
